Genma Holmes to Speak at Olive Branch Church's Mother-Daughter Tea

Olive Branch Church's Annual Mother-Daughter Tea.

This year’s theme is Blooming and Blossoming in Grace. Scripture reference for this year's event is Isaiah 35:2. The event is hosted by Olive Branch Church's Women's Fellowship. Thistle Farms is their outreach ministry.

Olive Branch Women's ministry mission:

 To create an environment for women to build Godly Relationships with other women; emphasizes on excellent fellowship as we evangelize our community in love and power to the Glory of God through Jesus Christ.

Genma Stringer Holmes will be the guest speaker. She will share her journey of raising her children and how her prayer, faith, and the community of believers sustained her through the difficult times. She will also share about the power of relationships and how to build community when the unexpected happens in ones life.

Holmes speaks to thousands nationally at conferences and women events. She shares from personal experiences about family, leadership, and volunteerism. She tells many funny stories from her Mississippi childhood as seen through the lenses of her grandmother, mother, and aunts. As an entrepreneur, Holmes also addresses the necessity of work-life balance in 24 hour a day wired world.

Holmes has been featured in countless magazines and is a syndicated writer. Her upcoming book, The Friendship Club, will be released in 2013. Holmes is the owner of Holmes Pest Control and CEO of GSH Consulting, LLC. She is also the executive producer and host of several radio programs including the increasingly popular, Living Your Best Life with Genma Holmes.
