Mr. Ewing will give us an inside view of being a minority executive and not a basketball player in the NBA. Mr. Ewing will also try to answer questions like: Why has the media not pursued interviewing more minority NBA owners like him and Mr. Jones? Why has the media focused been on the players more than owners who set the tone for the team? Do other NBA owners believe they "own" the players? Did being an owner of a NBA team change how he did business with majority companies after he left the NBA? He will share lessons learned from his time as NBA owner and how is applying those lessons in his life today.
