Tune in for our Christmas Show on Saturday, December 22, 2012 to hear from author, speaker, and entrepreneur, Sedrik Newbern, and he shares powerful lessons about forgiving others, as well as yourself, from his book, Unconditional Forgiveness.
Newbern will share about being raised by his loving mother while yearning for a relationship with his father. Newbern, a child of divorce, will also share how he navigated the awkwardness of his teens years and his heartfelt conversation with his father as an adult that lead both of them to build an undeniable bond between them and how they both live a life without regrets from the past. Listen to Newbern give practical advice to help many face the challenges that often come with family relationships that make holiday and family gatherings painful. Newbern will give personal insight about not only forgiving others from past wrongs but how to deal with life disappointments that can rob us of healthy relationships in the future and right now.
This show will help "unpack" baggage from relationships that have left wounds, tear down walls from around our hearts, and leave us with hope for a better year in 2013.
Living Your Best Life can be heard on 760 AM in the Middle-Tennessee Region, military bases, and streamed live on U-Stream.TV from 9-10AM CST.
